How We Work With Our Staging Clients

My staging business is guided by this philosophy: I emphasize design as a strategy to showcase your home’s positive features and give buyers a context to view features that might be seen as negative.

I also focus on implementation. I know what's realistic and practical within your time frame and budget. I refuse to offer cookie cutter solutions, instead sensing the style and architecture of the house as I customize the staging to fit the house’s style.

I am totally professional from first meaning to post-sale. I always meet deadlines and advocate the best interests of my clients.

I am committed to making the staging experience effortless and even enjoyable. I maintain a sense of humor and genuinely enjoy working with my clients.

“I have met and seen dozens of stagers over my 16 years in real estate. Pam is the perfect match for my clients and their homes. I have yet to hear from anyone who didn’t love her ideas and her caring attitude. . .She is creative, fun to work with, sensitive to budget constraints, thinks outside the box, and always leaves the property looking great.

Whether you are looking to have her do a simple consult and make the existing furniture and décor look better, or do a full staging, Pam will make you and your house look great. I cannot recommend her enough.”

- Scott Monroe

““Anyone can see: Pam always puts her art and soul into everything she touches.”

- Cristina Jensen, Realtor

Why Pam is Unique

Many stagers come to the business because they have a knack for interior decorating. But I combine art with business to deliver unique value to my clients.

As an artist:

My background as a muralist lets me choose colors that will reach your buyers' emotions. I understand how a subtle change of color and composition can create warmer walls, brighter halls, and doorways that practically seduce you to walk through them.

I may be the only home stager in Washington who trained for 17 years as a ballet dancer, so I know firsthand how to transform your home into a stage, where set design turns on your audience's imagination. I "get it" that you have one audition with a very tough judge—just one chance to get a yes from your perfect buyer.

As an entrepreneur:

I bring with me the experience of my own jewelry design business. I sold products, negotiated with vendors, and earned a profit. As co-owner of a house painting business with my husband for 12 years, I worked with designers, remodelers, and general contractors. When I talk to contractors, I speak their language, so often I can negotiate a more beneficial arrangement than someone less familiar with these vendors.
